Kadee Ditloff – Treasurer

Kadee Ditloff brings nearly two decades of customer service and leadership experience to the Board Treasurer role at York County Kids. She serves as Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Union Bank & Trust, leading a team focused on building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to the York community.

With a background in banking, management, and financial services, Kadee brings strategic insight and a deep understanding of the local workforce into her role on the board. But for Kadee, this work is also personal. As a parent, she knows firsthand the impact a great childcare provider can have on a child’s development and a parent’s peace of mind.

Early childhood education is the foundation for everything that comes next — school, confidence, relationships, and success. Supporting the people who provide that care is one of the most important things we can do for our community.

As the past Board President, Kadee focuses on raising awareness about YCK’s mission and building strong connections with existing and future providers. She aims to help increase access to high-quality care throughout the county and ensure providers feel supported, valued, and empowered.

Kadee’s community involvement extends far beyond her role with YCK. She has served with the United Way of York, the York County Development Corporation, the York County Agricultural Society, and Arborville Church, where she volunteers. She graduated from Leadership York and the 17-County Leadership program, experiences that continue to guide her leadership style and community engagement.

When she’s not working or volunteering, Kadee enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their son, Zander, playing volleyball, reading, and participating in outdoor activities.
